01 Introduction

786pkr is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani players and international users who legally access our services. The 786pkr platform provides access to a sportsbook, live casino, slot games, crash games, and associated services including a PKR-native cashier, customer support, and promotional campaigns.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 786pkr website located at 786pkr.org and any sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, or branded interfaces operated under the 786pkr name. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 786pkr enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders across all products and services.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, a company, or any other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 786pkr or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 786pkr platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by decision of 786pkr.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 786pkr services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 786pkr account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Pakistani Players: Players registering from Pakistan must provide a valid CNIC number and a Pakistani mobile number associated with a JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable. This is required for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance and to facilitate PKR deposits and withdrawals.
• Account Verification (KYC): 786pkr is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its international licensing obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete.
• Account Currency: All 786pkr accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after the account is created.

04 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 786pkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 786pkr will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 786pkr account and must not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or business associates.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 786pkr account to place bets, access the casino, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
• You must notify 786pkr customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way.
• 786pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account using valid login credentials will be treated as authorised activity for which you bear full responsibility.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

786pkr accepts deposits via a range of Pakistani payment methods. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied. The following conditions govern deposits on the 786pkr platform:

• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. Accepted methods may change from time to time at 786pkr's discretion.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the 786pkr Cashier section and may vary by payment method. Players are advised to check the current minimums at the time of depositing.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your 786pkr account balance within two minutes of successful payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• Declined Deposits: 786pkr is not responsible for failed or declined transactions caused by issues with your payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your 786pkr balance within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 786pkr complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Large or unusual deposits may trigger additional verification requirements. 786pkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 786pkr account are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: All withdrawals require that your 786pkr account has passed full KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, 786pkr may request alternative payment details registered in your own name.

• Pending Bonus Wagering: If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, you may not be able to withdraw until those requirements are met, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus balance. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Right to Review: 786pkr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending additional identity, source of funds, or compliance checks. In such cases, 786pkr will notify the player and request any required documentation.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

786pkr offers promotional bonuses to new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The specific contribution percentages for each game category are detailed in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering.
• Abuse and Fraud: 786pkr reserves the right to withhold bonus payments, void winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering activity is suspected. This includes — but is not limited to — arbitrage betting, use of automated wagering tools, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
• Modification of Promotions: 786pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account unless the bonus was awarded in error or as a result of fraudulent activity.

08 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 786pkr sportsbook. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio and are displayed within each game's interface.

• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet on the 786pkr sportsbook is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a connection failure are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet. 786pkr operates on the basis of accepting bets at the odds confirmed at the point of bet placement, not the odds at the time of initial selection.

Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. 786pkr is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect in-play market availability or the odds displayed.
• PSL & Cricket Markets: During PSL season and major international cricket series, specific market rules apply to certain bet types (including Duckworth-Lewis method adjustments for weather-affected matches). These are detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the 786pkr sportsbook.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786pkr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one 786pkr account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the 786pkr platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Colluding with other players to exploit poker, betting exchange, or multi-player game formats
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human usage
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software or game logic — any winnings derived from a known software error are not valid and will be voided
• Placing bets using insider information or in connection with any match-fixing or spot-fixing activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the 786pkr platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 786pkr staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions applied by 786pkr

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 786pkr platform — including but not limited to the 786pkr brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 786pkr or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the 786pkr platform without the prior written consent of 786pkr. Unauthorised use of 786pkr intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786pkr's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 786pkr account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and regardless of whether 786pkr was advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular:

• 786pkr is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device incompatibility, or third-party service outages affecting your ability to access the platform.
• 786pkr is not responsible for any tax liabilities arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to declare and pay any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
• 786pkr does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

12 Responsible Gaming

786pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 786pkr account holders at no cost and with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 786pkr account. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without valid justification
• Requests from payment processors, financial institutions, or regulatory authorities
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary account closure request

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 786pkr will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Any undisputed balance held on a suspended account at the time of closure — net of any bonus funds, voided winnings, or amounts subject to ongoing review — will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786pkr holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 786pkr platform or from these Terms, the following process applies:
